DIN934 Hex head nut Stainless Steel SS304 A2-70 Plain Color M6 Metric Thread
1. Product Description
The nut is a fastener with internal thread and used in conjunction with bolts, with internal thread and with screw rod used for conveying movement or power of mechanical parts. A nut is a nut that is screwed together with a bolt or screw to serve as a fastening part, an original that must be used in all manufacturing machines. There are a wide range of nuts, we commonly have GB, British Standard, American Standard, Japanese standard nut. According to different materials, the nut is divided into carbon steel, high-strength, stainless steel, Plastic steel and other types. According to the product attribute corresponding to the national standard number is divided into ordinary, non-standard, (old) GB, new GB, American, British, German standard. Different sizes, threads are divided into different specifications. General GB, German standard with M (for example, M8, M16), American, Imperial, and the use of fractions or # to express specifications (such as 8#, 10#, 1/4, 3/8) fasteners, nuts is the mechanical equipment tightly connected parts, through the inner thread, the same size nuts and screws To connect

3. Application
Application Range Automobile Industry--cars, trucks, bus compressors construction machinery wind power equipment agricultural machinery foundry industry drilling equipment Shipbuilding Industrial military mining equipment Petroleum drilling rig (onshore or offshore) utility rail transit transmission system metallurgical equipment Rock Hammer
4. Advantages
1) the resistivity is about 5 times higher than that of carbon steel.
2) the large linear expansion coefficient is 40% larger than that of carbon steel. With the increase of temperature, the linear expansion coefficient also increases.
3) the coefficient of thermal conductivity is low, about 1/3 of carbon steel.
Nuts are used for bolts or screws to screw together parts, and all production machines must be used. Suitable bolts, six angle screws and nuts, including the bolts used in this specification are regulated f593, unless otherwise specified, all bolts, six cap screws and those studs should meet the requirements.
Stainless steel nut is our commonly used fastener product. It is mainly used in combination with stainless steel bolts and has a relative fastening effect.
