A2 A4 Stainless Steel Hex Cap Screw Super half thread Long Hex Bolt
Product Description
Stainless steel,an iron based material with a minimum of 10.5% chromium. This material is known for its corrosion resistance and has vdiffer strengths depending on the amount of chromium and nickel alloy. The chromium forms a protective layer when exposed to oxygen, keeping the steel underneath from corroding. There are over 150 grades of this material with the 304 and 316 series being the most common.
Stainless Steel often refers to steel with resistance to air, water, acid, alkali salt or other medium corrosion. According to the different composition of the alloy, respectively, focusing on stainless steel and acid resistance. Some steel, although with a stainless steel, but not necessarily acid, acid-resistant steel is usually a stainless steel. For the production of fasteners are mainly austenitic stainless steel, in people's daily life, often referred to as stainless steel is also austenitic stainless steel. We use the stainless steel fasteners, raw materials are mainly used austenitic 302,304,316 and "low nickel" 201 and so on.
A hex cap screw is a threaded fastener with a hexagonal-shaped head. While the term hex head screw is generally used interchangeably with hex bolt, these two fasteners are actually very different. Hex screws are typically smaller than hex bolts, but this is not always the case. A hex cap screw can be significantly larger than a hex bolt depending on the applications, so it's important for users to learn the identifying features of each in order to choose the correct fastener for each job.

Application
These screws are usually used in a variety of manufacturing and industrial applications. They are used to join wood, metal, and composite materials. Typically, hex screws are used in projects where precision is valued above strength and mechanical performance. With no nut required, they can be used in smaller areas where a hex bolt would not fit easily. Hex bolts are generally reserved for construction purposes, such as joining wood or metal beams.
Also they are used in these area: Environmental protection equipment, medical equipment, communications equipment, power facilities, electronic products, food machinery, petrochemicals, ship assembly, valve pipelines, curtain walls, open space occasions.
