1. Product Description
Solution treatment: refers to the alloy heated to high temperature single-phase temperature holding, so that the excess phase dissolved in solid solution after the rapid cooling to get supersaturated solid solution of the heat treatment process.
Mainly to improve the plasticity and toughness of steel and alloy, for the preparation of precipitation hardening and so on.
So that the various phases of the alloy fully dissolved, strengthen the solid solution, and improve the toughness and corrosion resistance, to eliminate stress and softening, in order to continue processing or molding.
Stainless steel,an iron based material with a minimum of 10.5% chromium. This material is known for its corrosion resistance and has vdiffer strengths depending on the amount of chromium and nickel alloy. The chromium forms a protective layer when exposed to oxygen, keeping the steel underneath from corroding. 3. Application
Austenitic stainless steel by softening treatment to soften, the general wire heated to 950 ~ 1150 ℃ or so, for some time, so that carbide and a variety of alloying elements are fully evenly dissolved in austenite, and then quickly quenched and cooled, Carbon and other alloying elements too late to precipitate, access to pure austenite, known as the solution treatment. The effect of solution treatment is 3 points.
⑴ make the wire and the composition of the same uniform, which is particularly important for raw materials, because the hot rolling wire sections of the rolling temperature and cooling rate is not the same, resulting in inconsistent organizational structure. At high temperatures, the atomic activity increases, the σ phase dissolves, the chemical composition tends to be uniform, and the uniform single-phase structure is obtained after rapid cooling.
⑵ eliminate processing hardening, in order to facilitate the cold processing. Through the solution treatment, the crooked lattice recovery, elongation and broken grain grain recrystallization, internal stress elimination, wire tensile strength decreased, elongation increased.
⑶ restore the inherent corrosion resistance of stainless steel. Due to cold processing caused by carbide precipitation, lattice defects, so that the corrosion resistance of stainless steel decreased. After the solution treatment, the corrosion resistance of the steel wire is restored to the best condition. (Mainly because of the solid solution temperature, the solid solubility of carbon is 0.1-0.15% higher, but at 500-700 degrees and 0.02% at room temperature, at the sensitized temperature, after the solution solution is supersaturated The carbon partially or completely precipitates from the austenite, where the chromium or iron forms carbide at the grain boundary, consumes a large amount of chromium, and the diffusion rate of chromium in the austenite is much greater than the diffusion rate of the lattice The diffusion rate of the inner chromium is much larger than the diffusion rate in the grain, so that the grain consumption of the grain boundary can not be supplemented from the grain,
