Carriage bolts which is also called round head square neck screws, mushroom head square neck screws, and coach bolt.
Generally speaking, bolts are used to connect two objects, usually through the aperture. And it needs and nut to use. It can not afford to action single. General tool is a wrench. Head is mostly hexagonal, generally larger.
