Description
Hex bolts, also called hexagon screw head bolts, hex cap bolts, hex-cap screws, or machine bolts, are a very common choice when it comes to construction and repair.Stainless steel Bolts is one type of fully threaded tap bolts, come with a stem that is fully threaded from the base up to the head, and an underhead washers bearing surface. As the name suggests, hex bolts have hex (short for "hexagon") heads and may have a washer face bearing surface, as described above. Hex heads have six flat sides and are also called "6 point" .
There are two threaded of hex bolts,it is UNC threaded ( Unifield National Coarse ) and UNF threaded ( Unifield National Fined). Fine threaded fasteners have more threads per inch than Couarse threaded fasteners because coarse threads are father apart.

Hex bolts are not pointed whereas hex cap screws have a chamfered ( beveled ) point to protect the first thread from damage and to faciliate entry into an internally threaded part such as a nut or tapped hole.Different form a tapping screw, tap bolts are designed to be inserted through holes in assembled parts, sine these do not have their own mating internal threads and are tightened by torqueing the head.
